I'm a structured person who enjoys bringing clarity to chaos. Turns out that's a useful combination for early-stage companies
I like the phase where things need to be figured out. When there's traction but not yet a system, ambition but not yet a structure. That's where I do my best work.
My approach comes from design thinking and structured business validation: understand the problem before solving it, test before scaling, build the operating system before hiring the team. I think in systems, not tactics and I treat every commercial challenge as a design problem. There's usually an elegant solution in there somewhere. Finding it is the part I enjoy most.
That thinking has been shaped by 10+ years across the DACH region and East Asia, managing seven-figure ad budgets in Germany, launching products in Korea and Taiwan, validating dozens of business models at a corporate venture studio in Zurich, and co-founding and scaling a company to 22 people as Chief Commercial Officer.
